Kimberly was born and raised just south of Nashville, TN, and attended the University of Tennessee for undergraduate and veterinary school. After veterinary school, she completed a year-long internship in Equine Medicine and Surgery at Louisiana State University, then went on to complete a specialty internship in Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery at the University of Florida. She stayed at UF and completed a residency in Equine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. During her residency, she also obtained additional certifications in Equine Rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee, and Equine Acupuncture and Spinal Manipulation (chiropractic) from CHI University. Following residency, she continued to study advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI and CT). When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband (Josh) and son (William), running, and planning her next trip to Disney. She is very excited to join 3H Equine, and can’t wait to meet you!
