Dr. Lydia Cassidy is originally from Northeast Ohio. She fell in love with horses at a young age and grew up riding in the Hunter/Jumpers. In 2018, Dr. Lydia graduated from the University of Findlay with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Animal Science and a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri. Also, while in vet school, Dr. Lydia worked to become certified in animal chiropractic through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. She completed her internship in Equine Medicine at Allegheny Equine Associates in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lydia’s main interests within equine medicine include lameness, sports medicine, and preventative care. In her free time, you can find Dr. Lydia with her thoroughbred, Syd!
