Is your horse injured, aging, “coming back” after rest?
How does the vibration plate work?
The vibration plate increases blood circulation throughout the body. Studies in human astronauts have shown vibration therapy develops bone density and muscle tone. These are common complaints in the aging horse as well as for any horse with prolonged “downtime”. Even severely injured horses, not yet ready for exercise, reap the benefits of promoting mobility and flexibility through vibration.
Do you think your horse is too “nervous” to be “a good candidate for rehab”?
Our vibration plate is at the center of our equipment pieces for a very good reason. We know most horses are sensibly wary of machines that move. By allowing them to stand on the plate without movement of their limbs for several days, they have the chance to observe the others and draw their own conclusion: it’s appears safe enough for me to try.
